Don't Miss is a free trick-shot game. It has no accounts, no sign-up and no server of its own. This policy explains the only ways data leaves your device: your own iCloud, Apple's Game Center, advertising, and the optional purchase.
Your Campaign progress (stars, crowns, skipped stages), your Arcade and Daily Run bests, and your settings (music, sounds, vibrations) are stored on your iPhone, using the operating system's standard app storage. We never receive them, and deleting the app deletes the copy on your device.
If you are signed in to iCloud, your progress and bests are also kept in your own iCloud account, so they follow you to your other devices and survive a reinstall. This data is stored by Apple, in your account, under Apple's privacy policy; we have no access to it. "Reset Progress" in the game's settings erases it everywhere.
If you choose to sign in to Game Center, your Arcade and Daily Run scores are submitted to Apple's leaderboards under your Game Center identity. This is entirely optional — the game is identical if you decline — and the data is handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy, not by us.
The game offers one optional in-app purchase, "Full Game", which opens every world after the first and removes full-screen ads. The purchase is processed entirely by Apple, under Apple's privacy policy. We never see your name, your payment details or your purchase history; the app only asks the App Store whether your Apple Account owns the purchase, so it can be restored on a new device.
The game shows two kinds of ads, served by Google AdMob:
To serve and measure these ads, Google may collect and process data such as your device's advertising identifier, IP address, device and app information, and your interactions with the ads.
How Google uses this data is described in Google's Privacy & Terms and in how Google uses data from sites and apps that use its services.
Don't Miss is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from them.
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
